Learning to draw

I’m beginning to work my way slowly through “You Can Draw in 30 Days” by Mark Kistler. So far, it’s fun, but also hard work!

Sketching has always been a dream of mine. I’m find when I can see my subject – painting, or still life. But from my imagination has always been impossible.

Probably similar to improvising on the piano – I can read music and play, but am not creative.

Let’s hope this will spark my creativity!
